Bourbon & Bones is a chef-driven boutique chophouse and bar that features an innovative menu in a hip, high energy atmosphere. A departure from the traditional chain steakhouse or fine dining experience, Bourbon & Bones features classic menu items with our own twist on them.

From the finest wet and dry aged cuts of beef, veal and pork, both on the bone and off, to fresh seafood, appetizers, signature sides and desserts we offer the best ingredients and put them together in uniquely delicious ways. Whether it’s grilled octopus, Wagyu beef cooked at your table on a hot rock, lobster mac-n-cheese or our apple crumble dessert we stay true to our philosophy of serving delectable dishes from start to finish. The originality of the menu is paired with a sexy interior that diverts from the usual dark leather and low lights in favor of a high energy, upscale vibe with lighting that accentuates the fervor of the restaurant and creates a fine dining experience in Scottsdale second to none. And as the name suggests, we are much more than just the food. Our bar offers an extensive high-end spirits list of more than 120 bourbons and 320 whiskey offerings as well as a classic handcrafted cocktail program, along with a selection of craft beers and fine wines, all with a with a modern twist.
