Every Monday through Friday, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., enjoy a fabulous happy hour in the bar with us. Talk about your favorite options: it’s the happy hour that Scottsdale loves. Our award-winning drinks are the star here. Get a mix of the old and the new with a Chophouse Martini served up with stirred Grey Goose vodka and blue cheese-stuffed olives. Check out the Toki Highball, made with Toki Whisky, Fever Tree Club Soda, and lemon peel. Or maybe an Old Fashioned is more your style; we make it with Maker’s 46, along with a cherry, orange, and sugar cube.
Our wine list and domestic bottles of beer are also available for happy hour. The wines on our happy-hour list are all from California. Match them with a happy-hour dish—Chop House Meatballs made with prime beef and pork sausage, Prime Rib Sliders, Crispy Calamari Fries, or share a big plate of Steak Frites as an appetizer. Dive into our menu, which has steak, seafood, sides, desserts, and classic American fare. We know you won’t get bored with our selection because our dishes each have a classic flare with a special twist. For instance, our sides are out of this world: the truffled Lobster Mac n’ Cheese is made with Maine lobster and a decadent house-made cheese sauce. Fresh herbs and truffles round out the flavor and make you want more. Our Sautéed Wild Mushrooms are a blend of mushrooms served with thyme and shallots and is an excellent complement to our 32-ounce 90 Day Dry Aged Tomahawk Steak.
Our extensive bone-in and bone-out menus include Wagyu and Filet Mignon, a testament to our high-quality standards. We feature USDA Prime and Certified Angus Beef, and you may have a hard time deciding which way you want it with all the sides and sauces we offer, including bordelaise, a red wine glaze, bearnaise, chimichurri, ghost chili butter, smoked horseradish cream, and a house steak sauce.
If you’re craving some seafood, we have an excellent raw bar with options such as oysters, shrimp, king crab legs, and caviar. Our Grilled Octopus appetizer is unparalleled as well, served with capers, tomato, basil oil, and shishito peppers. Our Lump Crab Cakes have an extra little pop of flavor, served with lime aioli, tarragon, and paprika.
